Highmark Health is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to support HR and Payroll configurations across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze system issues, gather requirements, and help deploy new features through update cycles.

You will lead testing, regression scripts, and production support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while maintaining quality and governance standards.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years designing and implementing HR solutions.
• 2+ years in Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS.
• 3+ years in HR business process analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and configure HR applications and test scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Manage project plans and QA before deployment.
