Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned HR/Payroll systems professional to support enterprise HR technology management. You will analyze system capabilities, gather requirements, and configure/test solutions across multiple HR domains to drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct user sessions, and deploy new features within release cycles, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions using information technology.
• To Include: 2 years' experience in at least one of the following systems: Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or a Learning Management System.
• and 3 years Functional business process experience with Human Resources.
• and 3 years' experience in business analysis and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of future application features and changes.
• Gather business requirements and map to system capabilities.
• Perform configuration changes in accordance with application procedures.
• Develop and execute test scripts as part of regression testing.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
