Job summary

Highmark Health seeks an experienced HR/Payroll systems professional to optimize enterprise HR configurations and processes. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze issues, gather requirements, and deploy solutions across HR domains including benefits, payroll, and leave administration.

You will drive testing, upgrades, and functional design while ensuring strong customer collaboration and compliance with change-control policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Substitutions: 6 years' equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 years designing, building, and implementing HR solutions using IT; 2 years with Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS.
• 3 years of HR business process experience and 3 years in business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR/Payroll applications; gather requirements and map to system capabilities; test.
• Lead customer discussions; ensure alignment with customer strategy and expectations.
• Plan upgrades and deployments; coordinate with Highmark TAC and 3rd party providers.
• Coordinate and lead project/BAU activities; manage plans and risks.
• Complete unit testing and documentation prior to hand-off.
• Adhere to change control processes for audit and compliance.
