The role involves working with HR customers on process or system issues and delivering enhancements within update cycles. Responsibilities include maintaining system configurations, conducting user sessions, and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Substitutions: 6 years' of equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 years' experience designing, building HR solutions using IT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR/Payroll applications; map requirements to system capabilities.
• Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy; ensure requirements are defined and agreed.
• Coordinate upgrades, plan deployment, and communicate deployment plans.
• Lead project planning, BAU activities, and cross-team coordination.
• Execute unit tests and document changes before hand-off to business.
• Adhere to change control processes for compliance and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
