G42 Americas seeks a Senior Manager, HRIS to lead the delivery, optimization and day-to-day evolution of HR systems across the employee lifecycle. You will shape the HRIS roadmap, integrate platforms, drive automation and apply AI where it adds value, while aligning with HC leadership and global teams.

The role requires experience building scalable HR technology ecosystems, governance and data quality, with a focus on improving employee experience and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across HRIS and HR technology.
• Experience leading enterprise HCM roadmaps and implementations.
• Knowledge of AI, generative AI and intelligent automation in HR.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the HRIS strategy and roadmap.
• Manage integrated HR technology ecosystem (HCM, onboarding, performance, analytics).
• Enable AI and automation in Human Capital processes.
• Improve processes before digitizing and drive change adoption.
• Strengthen people data and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee HRIS delivery, budgets and vendor management.
