This role will shape and execute a forward‑looking HR technology strategy, leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance employee experience, improve operational effectiveness, and support business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners, you will lead transformation initiatives that position HR as a data‑driven, technology‑enabled function.

Experience & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant experience developing and leading HR technology and transformation programs in a complex organization. Experience within banking, insurance, professional services, etc. would be preferred
• Expertise in HR systems, data, analytics, AI, and automation technologies. Workday experience is required
• Experience driving process improvement and organizational change.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive audiences.
• Experience managing global teams, vendors, and strategic technology partnerships.
• A passion for innovation and leveraging technology to improve business outcomes.
