Job summary

WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the management, configuration, and evolution of its HR technology ecosystem. You will ensure HR systems support business goals, improve employee and manager experiences, and drive operational efficiency with AI-enabled capabilities.

This role partners with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Tech Solutions to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years administrating and optimizing HR technology platforms.
Experience implementing ATS, LMS, Employee Engagement platforms.
Experience with HR system data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
Promotes and integrates AI-enabled solutions into daily work.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR Leadership Team to create an HR technology roadmap.
Configure, maintain, and optimize HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, onboarding, etc.).
Manage upgrades, integrations, workflows, security settings.
Translate business requirements into tech solutions and automate workflows.
Lead system implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects.
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data protection requirements.
