Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, or related fields.
• Experience shaping multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps across platforms and business areas.
• Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors and partnering with IT, data, security, and integration teams.
• Strong understanding of People data, reporting, governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Thrives in fast-paced, global environments and can mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Shape a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap with leadership and IT.
• Translate complex needs into scalable processes and system configurations across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead evaluation, implementation and ongoing management of People technology vendors.
• Improve People data governance, reporting and analytics; identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Partner across People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance and Legal to drive cross-functional initiatives.
