Qualifications

• Over 10 years related work experience including 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Workday: configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Strong HR data, reporting, analytics, dashboards, audits, and data quality.
• Experience leading HR system implementations, upgrades, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, renewals, and partner engagements.
• Represent People & Community in enterprise tech forums focusing on data, AI, security, and governance.
• Build and develop the HR systems & analytics team; ensure equitable access to development.
• Own technology intake, prioritization, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Ensure internal controls evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
