Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a People Systems Analyst to own and optimize the company’s People technology ecosystem. You will manage HRIS platforms, data integrity, automations, and reporting to enable a best-in-class employee experience.

You’ll collaborate with IT and HR functions to implement integrations, drive efficiency, and explore AI-enabled solutions that enhance operations and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience administering HRIS, People Systems, or HR Technology platforms.
• Experience with modern HR tech such as Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Fountain or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience building workflow automations and API integrations is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own Centerfield's People technology ecosystem as primary administrator.
• Administer platforms including Rippling, Ashby, Fountain, Sana, HireRight, and others.
• Oversee all employee lifecycle transactions and maintain accurate data.
• Configure workflows, approvals, forms, permissions, and security settings.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics for onboarding, reviews, compensation and learning.
• Support integrations, APIs, data mapping and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve processes.
