Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR Technology or enterprise systems leadership experience, including accountability for enterprise HR platforms, integrations, data quality, governance, production support, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for the HRIS function across multiple delivery layers and vendor partners.
• Translate HR strategy into a scalable HRIS roadmap and operating model.
• Lead HR technology optimization, AI-enabled initiatives, and governance aligned with enterprise standards.
• Resolve complex cross-functional HR problems with coordinated stakeholder input.
• Drive system reliability, release management, and data controls to improve user experience.
