Job summary

WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to oversee the HR tech ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, performance, and engagement systems. You will drive strategy, governance, and optimization to support business objectives and improve employee experiences.

You will partner with HR leaders and technology teams to identify opportunities, manage data quality, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize deliveries.
• Lead system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization projects.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, and data protection across HR tech stack.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions and data-driven decision making across HR operations.
