Job summary
Gartner, Inc. seeks a Director of People Data Platforms & AI to define and execute the vision for workforce data, analytics, reporting, AI, and data platforms across Human Resources.
You will build scalable data products enabling business intelligence, workforce planning, data governance, and AI-powered employee experiences. You will lead a team of data engineers and AI specialists, partner with HR leaders to drive outcomes, and ensure platform reliability and governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data, analytics, or technology leadership roles.
- 5+ years leading managers and technical teams.
- Experience building enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.
- Experience delivering workforce analytics, BI, or HR tech solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the People Data & AI vision and multi-year strategy.
- Lead HR analytics, reporting, data engineering, and AI capabilities.
- Partner with HR executives to improve outcomes through data and AI.
- Establish governance for data quality, security, and compliance.
- Own and modernize the enterprise people data platform.
