Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the management, configuration, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem.

You will partner with HR leaders and tech teams to drive automation, data accuracy, and user experience across HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, and performance systems. You will oversee governance, security, and compliance while identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled solutions, provide workforce insights, and support scalable HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in Education section.
• Minimum 5 years administering and optimizing HR technology platforms.
• Minimum 2 years integrating enterprise HR systems (ATS, LMS, Employee Engagement).
• Experience with HR data extraction, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern the HR technology roadmap and governance.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, performance, and related systems.
• Lead system upgrades, integrations, and security settings.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and drive process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and change management.
