Highmark Health in Richmond, VA seeks an HR/Payroll systems Analyst to partner with HR Technology Management and Enterprise Process Owners. You will analyze system issues, gather requirements, configure and test solutions, and deploy new features to meet customer needs.

You will conduct user sessions, provide production support, lead change control, and ensure project deliverables are on time and within budgets, while maintaining compliance with audit requirements.

• Strong functional knowledge across HR domains including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HCM/Benefits/Compensation/Leave Administration, Employee Health, Payroll/Time & Attendance, and Portal Design/Content Management/Case Management.
