Raymond James is seeking a Workday Transformation lead for HR, blending PM and BA to drive the Workday program governance and delivery from requirements through deployment. The role requires partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable Workday solutions across Talent Management, Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning, while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 6–10 years HR product management or HR experience.
Experience with Workday configuration and HR modules is required.
Strong PM/BA capabilities and ability to lead end-to-end initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Establish and lead governance to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements.
Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change balancing priorities and resources.
Lead complex business analysis including process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
Partner with stakeholders to shape and challenge requirements into effective Workday designs.
Drive end-to-end delivery across design, testing, and deployment with cross-functional teams.
Identify risks, issues, and constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
