Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a seasoned HR Workday Transformation professional to drive governance, roadmap, and impactful Workday configurations across HR modules. The role emphasizes PM/BA leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end delivery in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

Candidates should have 6–10 years in HR product management or HR and proven Workday experience, preferably with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configurations.

Qualifications

• PM/BA capability leading initiatives from problem definition through delivery.
• Advanced Workday configuration experience including Talent Management experience preferred.
• Experience managing demand, governance, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Strong business analysis skills with requirements elicitation and impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements.
• Own the pipeline and roadmap of change across HR and downstream systems.
• Lead process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
