Raymond James is seeking an experienced HR Workday Transformation Lead to oversee governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end Workday initiatives across HR and IT. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and drive delivery, with a strong PM/BA discipline.

The role requires Workday configuration expertise, including Talent Management and Talent Acquisition functions, and a background in financial services is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; 6–10 years HR Product Management/HR.
• Experience with Workday is required; applicants without Workday will not be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition is strongly desired.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements and roadmap alignment.
• Own the pipeline and manage priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across design, testing and deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and constraints.
• Act as Workday and HR SME to guide decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and value delivery.
