Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR Technology delivery experience in global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in Management and/or Strategy Consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and prioritization to maintain HR Tech roadmaps and value realization metrics; heavy focus on Workday delivery.
• Ensure initiatives are well scoped and risks are actively managed.
• Promote Agile best practices across multiple delivery teams and IT partners.
• Lead & develop a team of program managers to execute initiatives.
• Oversee HR Technology financials, vendor contracts and renewals.
• Develop strategic communications for executive leaders and large audiences.
• Establish a culture of data driven operational excellence.
