Job summary

Gartner is seeking an experienced solution consultant to lead technology strategy and delivery for Total Rewards. You will partner with HR leaders to deliver scalable Workday-based solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and attract, reward, and retain talent.

You will lead a global team of product owners, solution designers, system analysts and operations specialists, fostering accountability and continuous improvement while aligning the roadmap with Gartner’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR technology delivery.
• Deep solution design expertise in Workday and other HR applications.
• Expertise in agile delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define HR technology strategy and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business results.
• Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
