Job summary

CTG is seeking a seasoned HR Technology Program Manager to lead enterprise HR technology programs centered on Workday and related systems. You will partner with HR, IT, HRSS, and business leaders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

You will manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, governance, milestones, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, while driving automation and continuous improvement across HR tech processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT and/or HR program management experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR technology transformations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Workday Extend architecture and Workday processes.
• Experience supporting HR Shared Services and offboarding workflows.
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology programs focused on Workday and related systems.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, governance, milestones, budgets, risks.
• Partner with HR, IT, HRSS, and business leaders to define requirements and scalable solutions.
• Provide program leadership for Workday transformations and custom applications.
• Oversee HRSS and employee lifecycle initiatives, including offboarding workflows.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across HR, IT, security, architecture, and external partners.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, status tracking, and metrics.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate program risks and dependencies.
• Provide executive-level communications and align tech strategy with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and program priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across HR tech processes.
