Job summary

Gartner is seeking an experienced HR technology delivery leader to drive technology strategy and delivery for Total Rewards. You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and deliver scalable solutions that improve talent attraction, rewards and retention.

You will lead a global team of product owners, solution designers and analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Hybrid work and industry-leading benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR technology delivery experience.
• Deep expertise designing solutions in Workday and HR systems.
• Strong HR business acumen and knowledge of Total Rewards processes.
• Experience scaling Workday or similar core HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for HR functions and total rewards.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business results.
• Drive vendor relations and realization of value across Gartner.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive agile delivery.
