Job summary

Gartner is seeking an experienced HR Technology delivery leader to align programs with the HR organization’s strategy. You will manage a team of program managers, prioritize initiatives, and drive value realization across global delivery efforts, with a heavy emphasis on Workday implementation and agile practices.

The role requires a strong executive presence, 10+ years in HR technology, and the ability to transform unstructured problems into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of HR Technology delivery experience in global organizations.
• Background in Management and/or Strategy Consulting preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to senior executives.
• Experience solving client problems with technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of program managers to plan, organize and execute initiatives.
• Manage intake and prioritization to maintain HR Technology roadmaps and value realization metrics, with focus on Workday.
• Promote Agile practices across multiple delivery teams and IT partners.
• Develop strategic communications for executive leaders and large audiences.
• Oversee HR Technology financials, vendor contracts, and renewals.
