Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver, CO or remote within the US seeks a VP, Global HR Technology & People Platforms to own the enterprise HR technology ecosystem, transforming Workday and a new HR service delivery platform into a scalable operating system for workforce planning, talent deployment, and employee experience.

You will drive end-to-end HR processes, platform strategy, AI enablement, data governance, and cross-functional integration across HR, Finance and IT to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday HCM configuration and integration.
• Proven leadership of HRIS teams in global or multi-site orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own global HR technology strategy and roadmap across Workday and HR platforms.
• Design end-to-end people workflows and standardize processes.
• Build and operate a closed-loop talent flywheel with internal mobility.
