Job summary

Gartner HR is seeking an experienced solution consultant to lead technology strategy and delivery for our Total Rewards function. You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR technology delivery, including people management responsibilities.
• Deep solution design expertise in Workday and other HR applications.
• Strong HR business acumen including familiarity with Total Rewards business processes.
• Proven success implementing and scaling Workday or equivalent core HR systems.
• expertise in agile delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business or related field.

• Define an HR technology strategy that advances Gartner’s HR & overall business priorities.
• Maintain product roadmaps that keep our teams focused on a north star vision tied to business results.
• Drive software vendor relationships to maximize value for Gartner.
