Wonderlic is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth through renewals and expansion within a portfolio of HR technology customers. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to maximize value and customer outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, strong sales acumen, and deep HR tech knowledge. Expect a national remote role with the opportunity to influence strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience in HR tech solutions (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with HR and L&D decision-makers.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven client conversations to uncover opportunities.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities within existing customers to drive renewals and expansion to meet revenue targets.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and align solutions with client objectives.
• Lead renewal and expansion cycles from needs assessment to close.
• Develop product expertise and communicate value to customers and internal teams.
• Create customer feedback loops to remove adoption barriers and improve outcomes.
