You will lead strategic reviews, introduce new products, and advocate for clients within Wonderlic to improve retention and growth. This remote US role offers base pay with variable compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with stakeholders across talent management.
• SaaS experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of renewals and driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate with decision-makers.
• Analytical skills to use data in client conversations and uncover opportunities.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and retention by identifying opportunities to renew and expand within your portfolio.
• Lead strategic business reviews to measure value and create tailored action plans for clients.
• Manage renewals and expansions from needs discovery to closing.

• Advocate for clients within Wonderlic and collect feedback to remove adoption barriers.
