Wonderlic is seeking a commercially minded Senior Customer Success Manager to build strategic partnerships with clients and drive renewals, expansion, and long-term growth. You will be a trusted advisor, connecting talent management resources to clients' strategic goals while coordinating with internal teams.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, identify opportunities, and champion client outcomes using Wonderlic tools and services to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Analytical with data-driven approach.
• Proven track record of renewals and expansion.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth and retention across client portfolio, meeting revenue targets.
• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead business reviews and create tailored plans to meet goals.
• Identify needs and close renewals and expansions.
