Wonderlic is seeking a commercially minded Senior Customer Success Manager to build strategic partnerships with clients and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, align our platform and services with client goals, and lead reviews to demonstrate value.

You will manage a portfolio of complex clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with product teams to remove adoption barriers while ensuring long-term client success and retention across a remote U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.
• SaaS experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive Growth and Retention by identifying opportunities to renew and expand revenue.
• Be a Strategic Partner, serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Manage Renewals and Expansion, guiding customers from needs to close.
• Bring the Right Resources, maintain deep knowledge of products and services.
• Advocate for Clients, create feedback loops with product teams.
