Job summary

Wonderlic is seeking a commercially minded Senior Customer Success Manager to build strategic partnerships with clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, managing a portfolio of accounts and aligning our talent-management platform with each client’s business goals to drive renewals and growth.

In this role you’ll lead business reviews, advocate for clients, and collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver measurable value, supporting both Fortune 500 and mid-market accounts to strengthen

Qualifications

5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience, SaaS preferred.
Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts and driving renewals.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical, data-driven, and able to guide client conversations with insights.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive renewals and expansions by identifying opportunities and meeting revenue targets.
Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Lead business reviews, measure value, and create tailored action plans.
Maintain product knowledge to offer strategic insights and recommendations.
Advocate for clients and relay feedback to product teams to remove adoption barriers.
