• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• Six years' of equivalent experience.
• Preferred Master's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.

• Maintain knowledge of future features and map business requirements to system capabilities.
• Define capabilities to deliver customer strategy and ensure alignment with SME stakeholders.
• Coordinate system upgrades, deploy changes, and drive process design activities.

• Provide BAU support and ensure timely regression testing.
