Job summary

Meta seeks a Business Lead to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the VP of HR and the HR leadership team. You will drive enterprise-wide impact and evolve the operating model in partnership with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in strategy or related roles, acts as a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders, and excels at turning ambiguity into actionable frameworks while applying AI capabilities to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, chief of staff, or program management roles—ideally within HR or a related people function at a scaled technology company.
• Experience as trusted thought partner and strategic advisor to VP+ leaders in complex organizations.
• Track record of driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple business units or functions.
• Executive communication skills—ability to synthesize complexity, develop compelling narratives, and present to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build decision-making frameworks and drive accountability at scale.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and proactively shape the agenda.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with HR-related frameworks and governance.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
