Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations at scale.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Able to influence leaders and drive organizational change.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver scalable HR solutions with emphasis on growth.
• Provide strategic business partnership and executive coaching.
• Assess organizational needs and implement effective changes.
• Develop and deliver data-driven insights and reports.
• Drive talent management and development plans.
• Lead Performance Summary Cycle and engagement surveys.
• Partner with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, HR Programs teams.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners on global strategy.
• Support employee relations and facilitate team/offsite meetings.
• Lead projects as part of the HR community.
