Responsibilities

• Design scalable HR solutions with focus on growth and organizational scale.
• Provide strategic partnership, thought partnership, and coaching at all levels.
• Assess needs and implement solutions for teams, managers and org development.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting aligned to business needs.
• Drive talent management to support growth and development plans.
• Lead Performance Summary Cycle and yearly engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Partner with regional HR on global strategy and employee relations as needed.
• Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects within the extended HR community.
