Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our tech and business teams. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic partnering, driving scalable people programs and data-driven decisions to grow our community.

You will partner with leaders across functions, leverage AI-enabled tools, and contribute to change management, workforce planning, and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 12+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
• Experience helping global or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Strong judgment and risk assessment abilities.
• Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Effective communication and critical thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver scalable HR solutions with strategic planning and talent assessment.
• Provide strategic partnership, coaching, and thought partnership to all levels.
• Assess needs and implement solutions with appropriate recommendations.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs.
• Drive talent management and development plans.
• Manage performance cycle and employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, L&D, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Partner with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
• Support employee relations issues as needed.
• Lead projects as part of the HR community.
