Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted HR solutions with a focus on scale and growth.
• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels.
• Assess team and organizational needs and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs.
• Drive talent management strategies to support growth and development.
• Manage the Performance Summary Cycle and annual engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams.
• Partner with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
• Support employee relations issues in collaboration with Employee Relations Partners.
• Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects within the extended HR community.
