Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Domain knowledge of HR, payroll, or people-operations processes.
• Experience designing/operating HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a structured way.
• Experience solving problems with data and translating analysis into action.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own development, organization, and execution of large, complex programs from inception to delivery.
• Define program roadmap, scope, and tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release.
• Deliver tooling that reduces manual effort in people-operations workflows.
• Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate needs into requirements.
• Drive AI-enabled operational improvement and automation opportunities across teams.
• Oversee system integration efforts and ensure smooth adoption of changes.
