Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures and programs and support employees across client organizations.

In this role, you’ll provide expert HR guidance on policy, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits and HR technology integration, across a range of clients from small to mid-size firms. Travel to client sites and remote work are possible, with a focus on building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field; 7+ years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• Blend of corporate and consulting experience; consulting background preferred in accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and act as a business partner.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer HR policies, procedures and programs across client organizations.
• Provide expert advice and implementation support on HR policy, onboarding, performance, compensation and benefits.
• Liaise with Benefits, Payroll and HR Technology providers for client needs.
• Work may be at client sites or remotely; some travel will be required.
