Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an HR Consultant to design and administer HR policies, onboarding programs, and compensation/benefits across client organizations. You will advise, coach, and implement solutions that support a people-first culture and business goals.

Role involves cross-client project work, strong communication, and the ability to work flexibly at client sites or remotely. Travel may be required as projects vary and deliverables demand collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 7 years HR Generalist/Leader experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR programs.
• Ability to coach through difficult conversations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice on HR policy, onboarding, performance, compensation, employee relations and HR technology coordination for clients.
• Promotes an employee-oriented, high-performance culture focused on quality and goals.
• Demonstrates strong project management to handle multiple clients and priorities.
• Projects vary and consulting skills are core to success.
• Work may be at the client site or remotely; some travel may be required.
