Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an HR Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs while supporting employees across client organizations. This role involves advising on policy, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR technology integration for a range of clients from small to mid-size firms.

The position may involve client-site or remote work with travel; a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 7+ years HR experience are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field and at least 7 years HR experience
• Experience in HR consulting or accounting/HR industries preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and partner with business units
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices

• Provide expert HR policy and onboarding guidance across clients

• Manage multiple client projects and priorities
