Job summary

OneDigital seeks an experienced Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, programs, and processes across diverse client organizations. You will advise on policy, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits while coordinating projects with multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; minimum of 7 years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in corporate and consulting environments is a plus.
• Ability to coach employees and management through difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provide expert advice on HR topics across client organizations.
• Manage multiple client projects with cross-functional coordination.
• Travel to client sites as needed and work remotely when possible.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and compensation/benefits discussions.
