OneDigital is hiring a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies and programs for client organizations. You will provide expert guidance on onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations as a trusted partner across multiple clients.

Requires a bachelor’s in HR/Business and 7+ years of HR experience (PHR/SPHR preferred). Some travel to client sites; remote work option may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader; corporate and consulting background preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred; deep knowledge of employment laws and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and administer HR policies, procedures and programs for clients.
• Provide expert HR advice, counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project basis.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll and HR Technology providers across client organizations; promote an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture.
• Lead difficult conversations and coach employees and management through sensitive issues.
• Travel to client sites as required; some work may be remote.
