Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs across client organizations, delivering expert guidance on onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

You will lead multiple projects, support benefits, payroll, and HR technology providers, and travel to client sites as needed. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field with 7 years of HR leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• Consulting experience preferred in HR
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert HR guidance on policies, onboarding, performance, compensation and employee relations.
• Promotes a high-performance, employee-focused culture.
• Manages multiple client projects with strong organization and communication skills.
• Travel to client sites as needed; some remote work.
• Liaison to Benefits, Payroll and HR Technology Providers.
