OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, supporting employees across client organizations. The role emphasizes advisory services, compliance, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, and HR technology partnerships.

You may work at client sites or remotely with occasional travel. A strong blend of corporate and consulting experience, excellent communication, and ethics are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Blend of corporate and consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer HR policies, procedures and programs for clients.
• Provide expert HR counsel and implementation support across policy, onboarding, performance, compensation and benefits.
• Manage projects for multiple clients and travel as required.
