Yahoo Holdings Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead its HR PMO portfolio, drive M&A integrations, and embed AI-driven workflows for faster decision making.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership to manage sensitive timelines, communicate effectively at the executive level, and build scalable governance across enterprise programs. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive program management leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise organizational transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A end-to-end, including due diligence and integration.
• Executive presence with experience advising VP+ leaders and governing meetings.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience embedding AI tools into daily workflows for synthesis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Maintain a current view of portfolio health—risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions—and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous work into clear plans with defined scope and success criteria.
• Drive governance: documentation, decision logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and participate in leadership forums.
