Job summary

Yahoo is seeking an Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of HR programs, including M&A and Total Rewards, across a fast-paced tech environment. You will manage a portfolio, governance, and senior stakeholder updates with an AI-forward mindset.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and HR leadership, embed AI tools for synthesis and reporting, and drive change management across the organization. A PMP/PgMP background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A activities end-to-end: due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration.
• Executive presence with VP+ leaders and governance at the leadership level.
• Deep experience with waterfall, agile, hybrid methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Experience embedding AI tools directly into daily workflows for synthesis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Maintain a current view of portfolio health including risks, dependencies, milestones, decisions; report to stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous work into clear plans and drive governance and documentation.
• Lead executive-ready updates, decks, and briefings for senior audiences.
• Design change management approaches for programs affecting HR processes.
