Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large HR programs or enterprise transformations.
• Experience managing M&A programs end-to-end.
• Executive-level advisory experience with VP+ leaders.
• Proficient in waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience embedding AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own a complex program portfolio across HR programs and M&A.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and decision logs.
• Drive change management and adoption across the organization.
• Build and maintain the M&A playbook for scalable reuse.
