You will own end-to-end delivery across M&A integrations, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR initiatives, guiding senior stakeholders and driving fast, AI-enhanced execution. Expect to govern scope, milestones, risks, and decisions, translating ambiguity into concrete plans and executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A activities end-to-end, including due diligence and integration.
• Strong executive presence with VP+ stakeholders and governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Maintain a current view of portfolio health—risks, dependencies, milestones, decisions—and communicate it to leadership.
• Structure ambiguous work into clear plans, defining scope, sequence, and success criteria.
• Drive governance: documentation, decision logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
