Job summary

Yahoo HR PMO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end HR programs, including M&A integrations and cross-functional initiatives. You will oversee portfolio health, govern documentation, and drive executive updates with a data-driven, AI-assisted approach.

You will lead complex work across global teams, maintain planning artifacts, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR leaders to ensure timely delivery and adoption of change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Proven track record leading people-side M&A activities end-to-end, including due diligence and integration.
• Executive presence with experience advising VP+ leaders and guiding governance meetings.
• Deep experience with PMO methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and tools.
• Experience embedding AI tools into daily workflows for rapid synthesis and reporting.
• Strong judgment on data confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Maintain a current view of portfolio health: risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions.
• Structure ambiguous work into clear plans with defined scope and sequencing.
• Drive governance: documentation, decision logs, status updates, stakeholder communications.
• Lead executive-ready updates and represent the PMO in senior forums.
