Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large HR initiatives or enterprise transformations.
• Experience managing people-side M&A activities end-to-end.
• Strong executive presence with VP+ leaders and governance meetings.

Responsabilités

• Own a complex program portfolio: lead end-to-end delivery of HR programs across M&A, Total Rewards, and cross-functional HR projects.
• Lead M&A project delivery: due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close execution.
• Drive governance: maintain project docs, decision logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
